SHIPPING & RETURNS
We at Laura & Felicitys will always try our upmost to meet our 3-5 working days delivery pact. However we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control, for instance issues at Royal Mail and another delivery companies used. (Please note the 3-5 days quoted do not include weekends and public/bank holidays).
Note: Deliveries to The Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland may take up to seven working days longer.
Standard Royal Mail Delivery: We at Laura & Felicity’s offer free postage/delivery on all orders. Orders are sent out via Royal Mail 2nd class. With all orders, we obtain a certificate of postage from the Royal Mail which confirms we have posted the item to you. Should the item not arrive, we can issue a copy of this certificate, it is then your responsibility to pursue the matter with Royal Mail. Laura & Felicity’s cannot be held responsible if the item(s) do not arrive but we will our customers in anyway possible. Deliveries to the Scottish Islands/highlands, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland can take up to 7 working days longer.
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery: This method is chargeable at £4.99 and will require a signature. It is fully tracked and a tracking number will be provided when requested.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We will issue a refund of faulty or damaged item(s) under the consumer rights act within 30 days of the purchase. Please ensure to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into this on a case by case basis. When contacting us: provide your name, order number, details explaining the issue and photographic evidence of the issue. This will help and aid in a resolution. If you cannot provide all the above information, then we will be unable to issue a refund.
In instances we may ask you to return the product. If this is the case the postage charge will be paid by you. Please note: postage will need to be made to us only by the way of postage which provides Laura & Felicity’s with a tracking number. We take no responsibility of items returned that may go missing by the delivery service(s).
Should you simply change your mind on a product, we will happily refund you as long as you meet the below guidelines:
The item(s) must be returned to us in a saleable condition
Postage will be covered by you. No refund will be issued until we have received the item back to us and we have checked it to make sure it meets the above.
All refunds must be processed within 14 days of the date you placed your order.
We can offer an exchange (less any item price difference, postage and packaging) only upon receiving your return.
If we receive an item which is incomplete or not in its original condition, we will not be able to offer an exchange.
Please note refunds will not be accepted on any earrings or other jewellery items that can be pierced this is due to hygiene reasons. Earrings will only be refunded if faulty or damaged.
We cannot provide an exchange on any item(s) that have been specially altered or personalised in any way, shape or form.
Our sales items and free gifts cannot be returned
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above criteria is not met to our standards.
