SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We will endeavour to meet our guideline of 3-5 days for delivery. However we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control. If we are unable to make the expected delivery date we shall inform you. (Please note that the 3-5 days quoted are working days. Please take into account weekends and bank holidays when placing your order). Deliveries to The Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland may take up to five working days longer.

All orders will be posted to 1 address. We can not accept requests to post items in 1 order to individual addresses.

  • Standard Royal Mail Delivery: We offer free postage on all orders no matter what the cost. These orders are all sent out via Royal Mail 2nd class. With all orders, we obtain a certificate of postage from the Royal Mail which confirms we have posted the item to you. Should the item not arrive, we will screenshot a copy of this certificate to you and it is then your responsibility to chase this with the Royal Mail. If choosing this method of posting, we can not be held responsible if this item doesn't arrive but will do all we can to resolve the matter with the Royal Mail to ensure you receive the item. This method of posting is insured up to £20. Deliveries to The Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland may take up to five working days longer.

  • Royal Mail Recorded Delivery: This method is chargeable at £3.99 and will require a signature. It is fully tracked and a tracking number will be provided upon request. Once dispatched all orders are fully insured by Royal Mail or ourselves until they have been delivered and signed for. As soon as your order has been delivered, or confirmed as having been delivered by Royal Mail, then you will be responsible for them. Deliveries to The Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland may take up to five working days longer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We will happily refund any order if faulty or damaged under the consumer rights act within 30 days of the date of your purchase. Please contact us at support@lauraandfelicitys.co.uk and we will sort this out on a case by case basis. As a rule of thumb, when contacting us we would ask you to provide your name, order number, purchase date, details explaining the issue and a photograph of the problem so that we can speak with our suppliers and swiftly resolve the matter for you. If you cannot/will not provide all the above, then we can not refund any money.

 

On a case by case basis we may ask you to return the product. If this is the case the postage charge will be paid by you. Please also note: postage will need to be made to us only by the way of a postage tracking number. We take no responsibility of items returned by the customer that go missing by the delivery service(s).  

Should you simply change your mind on a product, we will happily refund you as long as you meet the following guidelines:

  • The item(s) must be returned to us in a saleable condition with postage to return covered by you. No refund will be granted until we have received the item back to us and we have checked it to make sure it meets the above.

  • All refunds must be processed within 14 days of the date you placed your order.

  • We can offer an exchange (less any item price difference, postage and packaging) only upon receiving your return. If we receive an item which is incomplete or not in its original condition, we will not be able to offer an exchange. 

  • Please note refunds will not be accepted on any earrings due to hygiene issues. Earrings will only be refunded if faulty or damaged under the consumer rights act.

  • We are unable to offer an exchange on a personalised jewellery order. This means that we cannot provide an exchange on any item that has been specially altered or personalised in any way.

  • Sales items and free gifts cannot be returned

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if this criteria is not met.
