Do I need to create an online account to place my order?
We at Laura & Felicitys Jewellery Collection had made it very easy to place an order, you don't have to create an account however we will only ask you to set a password, so all your purchase details are secure
Can I pre-order out of stock items?
We always try our very best to full-fill or source stock that may have been sold out, however as we run our amazing sales all year around this will sometimes mean an item can not be available again. We at Laura & Felicitys Jewellery Collection do however always stock our jewellery so it's on trend with the latest fashion, so we are very confident you will definitely always find something you will like.
Can I change my order?
Yes no problem, however if your item has already been sent out in the post then unfortunately we cannot call this back. We would add if you no longer would like your order, you can return it to us to receive a refund. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
Please Note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sales items, jewellery which has been personalised, altered, or items such as earrings and cleaning products for hygiene reasons.

How long will it be before I receive my order?
At Laura & Felicitys Jewellery Collection delivery is always free for our customers. Once we have your order confirmation you will receive your order within 3-5 working days. Delivery is conducted by Royal Mail.
I have received my order but the items is broken, what should I do?
All our jewellery is packaged with the upmost love and care, so that it does not sustain damage in transit. Unfortunately sometimes damage can occur. If you receive a damaged item please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org providing the following details:
- Your Order number
- The item(s) damaged
- An explanation / and pictures of the damage
Once we at Laura & Felicitys have received the above information, we will then contact you providing details on how to proceed.
